Unfortunately, no. We only engrave on items that we have provided. There are a couple of huge reasons for this.
Firstly, we must be extremely cautious with the materials we engrave - not all materials are laser-safe. If an incorrect material is used, it could even lead to toxic fumes being produced - and that just isn't good for anybody.
Secondly, accidents happen when a laser is involved. We would hate to ruin a family heirloom that has been passed down for generations.

That really does depend on the item. We make the majority of our items in-house, by hand; and we never want to rush.
Most orders are completed within 2 to 5 days, and if we anticipate it taking longer, we will contact you right away.
